The Opportunity:
• Large private practice of 100 employees. Collaborate with 3 other pediatric anesthesiologists, 20+ anesthesiologists, and around 80 CRNAs
• 100% pediatric anesthesia at a newly built children's hospital
• Cases include general surgery, ENT, neuro, trauma, regional, and orthopedics (no cardiac)
• Guaranteed post-call day off
• Primarily a supervision role of CRNAs

Compensation & Benefits:
• Guaranteed competitive base salary between $575k-590k
• $75,000 sign-on bonus
• 12 weeks of PTO
• Strong benefits package with retirement contribution/match, 100% vested on day 1
